The project: 'Improvements to the country's energy security and development of the Peruvian South Pipeline' includes the construction, operation and subsequent maintenance of the pipeline with a length of 1,086km 32" and 82km 24" crossing across the high andes mountains from the jungle Peruvian area to the coast of the country. The project includes:
1 Transportation of natural gas system and natural gas liquids strengthening. Includes pipeline strengthening from the Malvinas separation plant to the point of connection. 2 Construction of the pipeline from the existing natural gas transportation system (between Malvinas and Chiquintirca) to the province of Anta located in Cusco region, pipeline to be able to supply natural gas to the future and thermal Quillabamba plant as well as to the south coast of Peru. 3 Peruvian South Pipeline construction from the province of Anta located in Cusco to the south coast of the country.
Impact to be created directly for the Cusco, Arequipa, Moquegua, Puno, Apurimac and Tacna regions development.
